Albert Einstein has his place among the most prominent and famous scientists in the world. One of the pillars of modern physics is his general theory of relativity. The world’s most famous equation, E=mc2 is his brainchild and he also happened to be the mastermind behind US’ atomic bomb program, something he regretted shortly before he passed. He has also won a Nobel Prize for his contributions to theoretical physics. Einstein started speaking only at the age of four. In school, he used to ask questions which never made sense to anyone else.

He is among the most famous US presidents as well as one of the founding fathers of the country. Benjamin Franklin was a leading author, politician, inventor and a scientist. He invented things like the lightning rod, bifocals, and the Franklin stove. Things that we still use today!

Stephen King books have the distinction of selling a cool 350 million copies across the globe. Among other things, his works have also been adapted to movies, television series and comic books. His works have won him honorable awards such as Medal for Distinguished Contribution to American Letters, Hugo Award, Bram Stoker Award and World Fantasy Award. His first work was rejected almost 30 times before being printed.

Edison can be mentioned as the inventor who influenced lives around the world. His inventions include the phonograph, the motion picture camera, and a long-lasting, practical electric light bulb. Over the years, his last name became synonymous with ‘genius’. He also called as the creator of first industrial laboratory. The great scientist never went to school, he managed to read books and self educated to do something innovative. He is an inspiration through his words, “I have not failed. I’ve just found 10,000 ways that won’t work.”
7. Michael Jordan
Michael Jordan (commonly known as ‘Air Jordan’) is one among the legendary NBA players. He has played for 15 seasons in the league. The NBA official website mentions him as the greatest basketball player of all time. Now he is the proud owner and chairman of the Charlotte Hornets, a NBA team. He gets all the credit for popularizing his sport and league in the 80s and 90s.
8. Walt Disney
Disney Company is the co-founder of one of the most loved companies in the world, The Walt Disney Company. He’s made our childhood memorable by giving us Mickey Mouse, Donald Duck, and Goofy. He is regarded as an entrepreneur, cartoonist, animator, voice actor and film producer. Initially, he started working at a newspaper. He was eventually fired from the job due to lack of creativity.
